The units are modern with fridge and microwave oven. The hotel is on a great location close to Lincoln Rd mall, many restaurants and coffee shops and the beach and Lincoln Road. South Beach district deserves your attention.

The room was good sized with microwave, fresh towels and a fridge and microwave, and all other comforts. The check in was very early, the staff was super-friendly. The location was favourable, close to Collins Avenue.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unwelcoming.

The staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. I appreciated the convenient parking and the array of breakfast options like coffee, donuts, and fresh fruits.

We were welcomed by the friendliest man I think we have met whilst on our trip of the States, his name has slipped my mind but he is from Nicaragua. The place is really quirky and affordable, like it had character, ya know?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.
